    REFUND POLICY

    It is important to me that you are completely happy with your purchase but unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges. In the case "The Bashful Balloon" has made a shipping error, we will gladly cover the cost of postage for an exchange or return of the item(s). Damaged items: if you receive a  damaged / defective item, please email thebashfulballoon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
